Warranty Policy

Our Guarantee

At Seattle Sports, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every item is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a full year from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

  • Craftsmanship and Materials: We promise that our products will be free from manufacturing defects for one year.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Gradual degradation from daily use is expected and not covered under our warranty.
  • Accidental Damage: We cannot cover damage from accidents, misuse, or from not following product care instructions.
  • Altered Products: Modifications or alterations not performed by Seattle Sports will void this warranty.
  • Professional Use: Products used in a commercial, rental, or teaching environments are excluded from warranty coverage.


Seattle Sports is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any Seattle Sports product. This warranty is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, including but not limited to any implied warranty at point of purchase.

Making a Warranty Claim

  1. Create an Account: If you do not already have an account on SeattleSportsCo.com, please create one. Your Name, Shipping address and Email are required information to facilitate a Warranty review and Shipping of a replacement item. 
  2. Contact Us: Please email cervice@seattlesportsco.com with your name, contact information, and proof of purchase.
  3. Describe the Issue: Include a detailed description of the issue and how it occurred.
  4. Send Photos: Please attached a minimum of (2) clear photos showing the defect, which will help us assess your claim.
  5. Assessment: We will inspect your product to determine if the defect is covered under our warranty. If approved, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
