Custom Manufacturing Capabilities
R.F. Sealing
We offer quality R.F. sealing of both vinyl and urethanes, producing a variety of products in a full range of sizes and materials. Our equipment includes single, double, three and four place turntables. We also have a shuttle machine for added efficiency. We have over 25 years of R.F. experience with well-trained operators.
Hot Air
Our state-of-the-art hot air machine is capable of making air-inflated pontoons for fishing and drift boats. It can also be utilized for tarp production and a variety of vinyl covers.
Sewing
Our experienced staff uses walking foot and conventional sewing machines that can assemble 100% sewn products or even fabricate patches/small parts to complement our sealing operation. Other capabilities include precise programmable tackers (box X tacking, bar tacking) and self-feeding grommet machines.
Die Cutting
We have equipment for custom die cutting with a full range of pre-made dies (or custom dies for your specific needs).
Custom Assembly & Packaging
Seattle Sports has the personnel and equipment to handle all your packaging, assembly and rework needs.
We also build a wide variety of custom manufactured radio frequency-welded and sewn gear. Commercial, Industrial, Agricultural, Forestry and Medical Items are just some of the things we can do.

An extensive selection of our stock items is available for custom logos. Special events, awards, or gifts can be branded with your personal or business logo.
